Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo arrived in the Philippines for a two-day official visit from March 24 to 25 upon the invitation of Foreign Affairs Secretary Albert Del Rosario.
In his visit to the Philippines, the Spanish Foreign minister is also expected to have bilateral discussion with Sec. Del Rosario as well as Finance Sec. Cesar Purisima.
Margallo will also be visiting Tacloban City Tuesday.
