COVID-19 REPATRIATION FLIGHT
April 4, 2020

AGES Aviaton Center, Inc. takes part in the government’s formidable effort in bringing over 200 Filipinos back home from Spain.

Manila, Philippines — A repatriation flight to bring back more than 200 overseas Filipino workers home was spearheaded by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) through the Philippine Embassy in Spain and in coordination with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) in an endeavor to give fellow countrymen safe refuge from the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

AGES Aviation Center, Inc. was one of the local agencies to lend their services in coordinating the arrangements for these seafarers to return to their homeland, each of whom underwent the appropriate medical protocols as required by the Department of Health (DOH), and are currently carrying out the mandatory quarantine period expected from all incoming travelers.

Together with representatives from the DFA, DOH, OWWA, Department of Tourism, Bureau of Quaratine, and the Manila International Airport Authority, we’re blessed to have welcomed our fellow Filipinos back home safe and sound. AGES is once again honored and privileged to be extended with the trust that came with this enormous feat, as we work together to #HealAsOne
