Dave Chappelle LIVE in Manila

American actor and comedian Dave Chappelle brought his award-winning stand-up comedy show to Manila for the first time to The Theatre at Solaire Resort and Casino last January 14 and 15, 2020
For the past four years, the 46-year old writer-producer has performed in over 1,600 shows worldwide. The comic has five Netflix comedy specials, his latest one being the Grammy-nominated Sticks and Stones. The Art of Spin, Deep in the Heart of Texas, Equanimity, and The Bird Revelations each bagged a Grammy award for Best Comedy Album in 2018 and 2019.
Ages is honored to have been of service to Mr. Chappelle and his family who arrived in Manila days before his show to enjoy one of the Philippines’ renowned beaches. Mr. Chappelle arrived on a private Bombardier Global Express that was parked at the Balagbag “AGES” Ramp which is a stone’s throw away from the Ages lounge where he and his guests could relax and wait prior to their flight.
Mr. Chappelle’s aircraft was on the ground when Taal Volcano erupted and was at one point covered with ash from the eruption. Ages provided complete aircraft exterior washing to the GLEX and ensured that it was free and clear from all residue as a result of the ashfall in time for Mr. Chappelle’s early departure from Manila after his show.
