OUR HISTORY

  • 1981 – Ages becomes the representative of Air Routing International, now Rockwell Collins Flight Solutions, for the Philippines. This Contract is still enforced as of present writing.
  • 1982-1984 – Ground Handling contract with Aero Filipinas
  • 1988 – Granted an Air Agency Certificate to operate an approved Repair Station with rating for Airframe, Power plant, Accessory and Specialized Services.
  • 1991 – Secures contract with the United States Embassy, manila for airport/aircraft services. This contract is still enforced as of present writing.
  • 1992 – Provided ground handling for the aircraft of the Secretary of State James Baker III of the United States of America when he attended the ASEAN Post-Ministerial Conference July 25-26.
  • 1992 – Secures a contract with ITOCHU Corporation for ground handling service for the Japanese Air Self Defence Force. This contract is still enforced as of present writing.
  • 1994 – Provided ground handling service to the Aircraft of President William Jefferson “Bill” Clinton (Air Force One).
  • 1994 – Contract with Saudia Arabian Airlines to provided line maintenance services for their Boeing B747 aircraft in Manila.
  • 1995 – Provide ground handling services to the aircraft of President Clinton (Air Force One) in his state visit for the ASEAN Summit Meeting in the Philippines.
  • 1995 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of H.M. the Sultan of Brunei Haji Hassanal Bolkiah in his state visit for the ASEAN Summit Meeting in the Philippines
  • 1996 – Ages participates by providing aircraft handling and refuelling coordination in the breaking of the world speed record in a business class jet set by Daniels Learjet 35 aircraft registration N10BD.
  • 1996-1999 – Ages signs an agreement with Continental Micronesia Inc. / DHL to provide aircraft maintenance services for their Boeing B727 cargo operations in Manila.
  • 1997 – Polar Air Cargo contract the flight line maintenance service of Ages.
  • 1999 – Ages donates its ground handling service of the aircraft of Operations Smile’s World journey of Hope ‘99.
  • 2003 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of President George W. Bush (Air Force One) in his state visit to the Philippines.
  • 2004 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of His Royal Highness, Prince Andrew,  Duke of York.
  • 2007 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of NBA Superstar Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles (LA) Lakers.
  • 2008 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of Prince Sultan Bin Mohamed Sin Saud  Al Kabeer and 2 other members of the royal Family.
  • 2008 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of King Mswati III of Swaziland and his entourage.
  • 2008 – Provide ground handling service of the aircraft of the Kuok Group of Companies Chairman Robert Kuok, together with Ean Kuok, Shangri-la Asia Chairman for their signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with an Miguel Corp. Chairman & CEO Eduardo Cojuangco, Jr.
  • 2009 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of H.M. the Sultan of Brunei Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
  • 2009 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of  the Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos including a 10 man delegation for a three-day official visit for the signing of three agreements that would boost RP-Spain cooperation.
  • 2009 – Provided ground handling service to the aircraft of Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair when he visited Manila for several speaking engagement discussing “the leader as negotiator”.
  • 2009 – Provided ground handling service to the aircraft of US Defence Secretary Robert Gates, the first senior US official who visited the Philippines after the election of President Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States of America.
  • 2009 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) Director Leon Panetta Arrives (C-17 U.S. Air force Aircraft).
  • 2009 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of NBA Superstar Kobe Bryant of the NBA 2009 Champions LA Lakers returns to Manila.
  • 2009 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of Mrs. Hillary Clinton, US Secretary of State.
  • 2010 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of Mr. Shoichiro Toyoda, honorary chairman Toyota Motors Corp. (Gulfstream V business jet) to receive the Order of Lakandula with Rank of Grand Cross presented by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
  • 2010 – Provided ground handling to The Orbis Flying Eye Hospital (a converted DC-10) that performed a 2 week mission to treat all kinds of Eye Diseases, such as a cornea transplant, advance cataract, viteroretinal diseases and several other eye ailments as well as exchange of skill with local doctors that are not limited to Ophthalmologists but also include continuing medical education designed for nursing, anaesthesiology and biomedical engineering.
  • 2011 – Provided ground handling service to National Basketball Association (NBA) and Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant for the start of his five day-Asian tour. This was third visit of the NBA Superstar in the past 5 years.
  • 2012 – Provided ground handling service for the official state visit of the ruler of Persian Gulf state of Qatar, Sheik Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the first ever visit of a Qatar emir to the country.
  • 2012 – Provided ground handling service to the aircraft of Australian Gold Legend Greg Norman, who flew in to oversee the designing & building a golf course in Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte.
  • 2012 – Provided ground handling service to the aircraft of IndianFinance Minister H.E. Pranab Mukherjee as the Philippines played host to the 45th Annual Meeting of Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Board of Governors.
  • 2012 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of Two-time Grammy -winning house music producer and Dj David Guetta.
  • 2012 – Provided ground handling service to the aircraft of French Prime Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault  (Airbus A330),  marking the first trip for any French head of government to visit the Philippines since 1947.
  • 2012 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper arrived in Manila on 09 November 2012 on board an Airbus A310. Prime Minister Harper’s visit marks the first highest-level of a Canadian Official since Prime Minister Jean Chretien brought a business delegation to the Philippines 15 years ago.
  • 2012 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of Sir Elton John for a special one night only concert as part of the Asian leg of the 40th anniversary of the Rocketman Tour.
  • 2012 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of the Starkey Hearing Foundation, (Gulfstream IV) the Global Leader in the Gift of Hearing, who were in the Philippines to deliver hearing aids to the countless number of those in need, as part of their  annual hearing mission that takes place  in 86 countries around the world. Founder William F. Austin and co founder Tani Austin we part of the group.
  • 2013 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of the Starkey Hearing Foundation, to once again distribute free hearing aids to Filipinos in need. This time they were joined by wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald of the NFL Arizona Cardinals, along with founders Bill and Tani Austin distributing hearing aids to hundreds of underprivileged adults and children.
  • 2013 – Provide ground handling service to the aircraft of H.M. the Sultan of Brunei Haji Hassanal Bolkiah.
  • 2013 – Provided simultaneous ground handling support to the US Armed Forces, the Japan Air Self Defence Force (JASDF) and the Royal Canadian Air Force as they performed multiple humanitarian flight missions in assistance to the Philippine government to aid, transport evacuees and extend relief to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan (Typhoon Yolanda) for over three weeks.
  • 2014 – President Barack Obama visited the Philippines
